1. What data we collect
For the "Dublikatich" service to operate, we store the following information:
- Your Telegram account identifier (Telegram User ID)
- Your Max account identifier (when using Max functionality)
- Contact email provided at payment (when the payment interface requests it)
- Connection settings (WhatsApp group → destination chat in Telegram or Max)
- Payment history (amounts, dates, transaction identifiers and statuses)
The full text of consent to processing of personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 is set out in cl. 3.14 of the Public Offer.
2. What we do not store
The contents of forwarded messages (text, photos, videos, voice messages, stickers) are not stored on the Service's servers. Messages are passed through in a streaming manner: they are received from WhatsApp and immediately sent to the chat you chose in Telegram or Max without intermediate storage.
3. Bank card data
The Service does not store or process bank card data. The card number (PAN), expiration date, CVV/CVC code, masked card number and other payment details are not stored in the Service's information systems.
All operations with bank cards are performed exclusively by a payment aggregator certified in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the PCI DSS security standard. Card data is transmitted in encrypted form over a secure channel directly between the Customer and the payment aggregator.
4. Where data is stored
Data is stored on secured servers. Access to data is limited and is granted only to ensure the operability of the Service. Data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases stipulated by cl. 3.14 of the Public Offer (payment operators, fiscal data operators, the federal executive authority in the area of taxes and fees — to the extent necessary for performing the Contract and the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation). For technical forwarding, messages selected by the Customer and related technical identifiers are transmitted to the messengers connected by the Customer; the Provider does not sell data or transfer it to third parties for their independent use.
5. How to delete your data
You can request the full deletion of all your data by writing to the bot dublikatich_bot on Telegram or by sending a written request to support@dublikatich.ru. After deletion, all connections, settings and payment history will be permanently deleted — except for information that the Provider is required to retain in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (for example, data necessary to fulfill tax obligations).
